  • Pound chicken to tenderize.
  • Mix onion, green pepper, oil, sugar, and seasonings in bowl with chicken and refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
  • Grill until just done.
  • Do not overcook.
  • Accompany with salsa, red chile sauce, pineapple-jicama relish, pineapple-chipotle salsa, or sauce or one's choice.

  4. This recipe is awesome! It's my go-to recipe whenever I need to make something for a party or barbeque. I just make it into kabobs and put the chicken, some fresh pineapple, red and green peppers and onions onto skewers and either grill 'em up or bake them in the oven. Works our great every time.
