  1. Loved this recipe. Turned out perfect and tasted amazing! It was so easy to make that I will do this again and again. The only tweak I added was to the Beef au Jus, just a little worcestershire sauce sauce. Delicious!

  2. Awesome! This tasted like prime rib you get at a fancy restaurant. For the price of one meal I got a whole 2-1/2 lb roast. Unbelievable. Easy to make.

  3. thank you....had been looking for proportions for the au jus....but I did use a tiny bit of cornstarch to thicken just a tad...cornstarch keeps it clear..thanks again
