  • Prepare a medium-hot grill.
  • Brush the steaks with the oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Coat the steaks evenly on all sides with the spice mixture.
  • Grill each steak for 5 minutes on one side, then carefully turn and grill for 5 minutes more or until done.

  1. Wow! I was worried when I opened my package of fish - it smelled a bit fishy. But this seasoning rub worked wonders. Didn't have celery salt, so used plain salt instead. Just delicious!
     
  2. I LOVE swordfish and have never had a recipe for it that I didn't like. This is full of flavor and a great mix of spices for this nice meaty fish! I will use this a lot from now on!.
     
  3. We also had to broil it instead of grilling also, but it still turned out fantastic! I used less cayenne than called for because of the kids. I can't wait to try it grilled. Thanks for sharing!
     
  4. This is such a quick and easy main dish, not to mention delicious! Make it spicy or not. Perfect for when you're too tired to cook. We broiled instead of grilling since it was raining...just have to watch it closely to not overcook (true when broiling anything, right?). Our's was cooked perfectly and was so moist and flavorful. Swordfish is a nice meaty-textured fish. Fabulous :)
