Angel Hair Fresca

"This is the pasta recipe that was published with the Tilapia with Lemon Butter Sauce. Good and easy and great with the Tilapia."

ingredients

• 8 ounces angel hair pasta
• 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato pesto, I use Classico brand, but any brand is fine

directions

1. Fill large saucepan half full of water.
2. Cover and bring to boil.
3. Stir pasta into boiling water.
4. Boil for 1 minute.
5. Stir in broccoli and boil and stir for 4 minutes.
6. Drain pasta mixture.
7. Add butter to saucepan.
8. Use residual heat to melt butter.
9. Stir in pesto and pasta mixture.
10. Toss to mix and serve.
