ingredients

• 1 -2 lb cheddar cheese
• 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos
• Miracle Whip

directions

1. Grate cheese in food processor. Dump in pimentos half way through grating cheese. Dump in bowl and add miracle whip until it reaches a spreading consistency.
