- 1⁄2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup grenadine
- 2 bananas
- 1⁄8 cup pecans
directions
- Mix yogurt, sugar, crushed pineapple, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, grenadine, bananas, and pecans together.
- Grease bread pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until done.

Oh mmm, this bread is amazing! It tastes soooo yummy with the pineapple and banana combination! Loved the pecans in this! I doubled the amount as I thought there were too little in there. They really made the bread special, so Im glad I used more. :)<br/>I was out of grenadine, but really wanted to try this, so I used a pinkish plum applesauce for this and it worked out nicely, although of course the bread didnt come out that pink.<br/>Since I dont like my breads too sweet, I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup and that was plenty for me.<br/>THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing a real keeper with us, Dienia!<br/>Made and reviewed for Think Pink October 2011.
