  1. This is a nice and sweet side dish. You could even taste the apple! The cabbage came out very tender.

  2. Excellent, easy to make salad! We loved it. I've only eaten red cabbage this way warm previously, but it's great as a salad. Thanks for sharing! Will make this again :)<br/>Made for For your Consideration Game.

  3. We really loved this dish. Very easy to make. Made it for your Football win and an early Octoberfest for us!

  4. This is great. I made a variation of it once and it was great warm or cold. I think I used mandoline thinly sliced red onion and similiarly thinly-sliced cabbage, plumped raisins, julienned apple, honey & cider vinegar. Was terrific hot or cold the next day.

  5. We really loved this. I served it warm with oven baked fish and fries. Everything comes together so well to make it mildly sweet and sour and the apple and juice really enhances the red cabbage. I made the full recipe so there is a lot left and we're looking forward to trying it chilled tomorrow. Yum.
