• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 4 cups chicken (cooked and chopped)
• 2 cups celery
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1⁄4 cup onion (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 8 ounces monterey jack cheese (sliced and cut into strips)
• 2 cups bread cubes

directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

I made this using leftover turkey instead of chicken. It was super good! I used half monterey jack cheese and half swiss cheese for the cheese. It is titled "Swiss" chicken casserole. ;)<br/>Great recipe for leftovers! Thanx for posting!
