ingredients
- 1 (370 ml) can evaporated milk, hot
- 1 1⁄2 cups hot coffee
- 4 ounces rum
- 1⁄2 cup butterscotch chips
directions
- Mix hot evaporated milk and hot coffee together in blender with lid off and towel over opening.
- Add butterscotch chips and stir until melted.
- Add rum, stir, and pour into cups.

Yum! DH asked for seconds and I had to say, NO! We don't want him to become an alcoholika (his German Mother's way of saying alcoholic). I topped ours like AZPARZYCH did with whipped cream but I added a dusting of nutmeg. This has winter stamped all over it. Can't wait for the snow to fall. (OK, I can) but bet it's really good by an open fire. Almost forgot, I used fat free evaporated milk and it was still creamy and tasty. Thanks for posting. :)
