Cowboy Kabobs

"This is a recipe I adapted from Kingsford Grilling. The marinade has lots of zip. Prep time includes marinating time."

  2. Hi Kate! I just recently started cooking upon graduating, this recipe was just what I needed to get started! It was easy and quick to make and my family loved it! Thank you!

  3. It doesn't get much easier than this to make great tasting kabobs. I was experimenting with marinades containing A-1 steak sauce, and am so glad I came across this one. Thanks for the great recipe!

  4. This was delicious!!!! I talked with my butcher and he suggested trying flap meat, rather than sirloin. I did that and cut it into strips and wove them on the skewers. They were so tender and flavorful!!!! Excellent recipe.

  5. I used this on kabobs I made from cubes of "beef stew meat". I used minced garlic since I didn't have any horseradish and this was just fantastic! I get frustrated with the bottled marinades because they don't impart enough flavor to the meat. This is a recipe I can remember without looking it up, so until I find a recipe for a more "homemade" marinade, I'm sticking with this! I had some friends over and they and my husband really loved the kabobs!!!
