Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

• Serves: 16

ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup water
• 6 tablespoons cocoa

directions

1. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa.
2. Beat in water and mayonnaise alternating them.
3. Put in 9x13-inch pan or 2 small rounds.
4. Lightly spray and flour Pan prior to adding mix.
5. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
6. Top with favourite frosting or whip cream.
