  1. An easy dish to prepare, and when finished, quite lovely to behold. My husband loved this, and my children said it was good in spite of the broccoli! Although the taste was exceptional, next time I prepare this I'll use exactly half the cheese the recipe called for, because I found the other flavors were a bit overpowered by the specified amount of cheese. Just a personal judgement. This recipe is definitely worth a try. Makes your house smell like Thanksgiving dinner cooking ... any day of the year!

  2. It was good, made a couple of changes-added some sauteed onion, muchrooms and celery, but we all found it lacking something....definitely no need to add salt and a bit soggy. I'm not a big fan of using prepared foods such as stuffing mix and canned soups so maybe next time I'll try it when I have left over stuffing.

  3. Very nice easy dinner. I made it exactly as is. NO changes, but I really did enjoy it.

  5. I googled 3 ingredients I had out to prepare dinner, ground turkey, stuffing mix, broccoli , but needed some inspiration on putting it together & this recipe came up. Great family pleaser. With any recipe tweak to your liking. Stuffing was too soft, even though I put it in buttered dish. Any suggestions? Tweaks I added diced onions, celery, bell pepper, and chicken broth & creamed chicken instead. As with all my turkey dishes Poultry seasoning is a must add to cream soup. It adds flavor instead of salt.

Hi! I'm a 30ish woman living in KCMO with my cat--or should I say, she lets me live with her! I love to cook, and often cook and bake for my coworkers at the bookstore where I used to work. My favorite foods are desserts and breads. I tried the no-carb diet once and lasted all of one day :)!When I'm not cooking, I love to do crafts, go to movies, and read. I'm a little ashamed to admit that I'm addicted to crime TV shows and some reality shows like "Trauma: Life in the E.R." & "Paramedics". I also collect cookbooks. I'm looking forward to posting recipes and getting to know fellow "foodies"!
