Creamy Mango Parsley Green Smoothie

"This green smoothie is like the dessert of green smoothies, haha. It is unbelievably creamy and delicious. And it leaves your mouth feeling so refreshed. Mangoes are really high in fiber and have lots of health benefits! I found a recipe similar to this in a book called Green For Life, but I altered it a tad. I find that people new to green smoothies might want to use a little less greens to start off, in order to get yourself acclimated to it."

  1. Great smoothie! My bananas weren't frozen so I blended up some ice cubes & served it over ice.<br/>Yum! My husband & one year old also enjoyed it.

  3. Tastes good and gives two good size servings. I used cold water, flat leaf parsley, frozen mango which were not so ripe so I added a couple big dashes of mango nectar, plus a ripe refrigerated banana. Made for ALL YOU CAN COOK BUFFET - SPECIAL EVENT!
