  1. I needed something quick because my son's hockey season starts tonight! These sandwiches were quite yummy and they took very little time to prepare. I served them with some deli-style dill pickles and jumbo stuffed olives on the side. I will be making this again. Thx!

  2. What a great lunch! I really love ham and cheese, and these fit the bill. The sauce is great, tangy and smooth at the same time.I used a dijon mustard, and I would definitely use the same next time. I cooked mine in the toaster oven for 15 minutes, which gave me a nice melted cheese on the inside, and a bun that was toasty without being overly hard and crunchy. I think that next time I would put some garlic and horseradish in the sauce, and I'd love to try these with roast beef and cheddar as well. Thanks for posting a great recipe! Made for PAC, Fall 2009.
