  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • Blend all ingredients together and keep refrigerated.
  • Discard unused mixture after 1 week.

  1. I'll be honest. I did not really expect this to taste like Irish Cream. Shame on me for doubting! Of course the Celts know how to make Irish Cream! This tastes EXACTLY like everyone's favorite bottled brand at a fraction of the cost, especially if you used a cheaper whiskey. I used Jameson because that's what I had to hand, but I just bet you could get away with a lesser brand. Fantastic in my lovely little Irish Coffee this eve!
