1. If you love pumkin pie you will love this coffee! I used skim milk and 6 teaspoons of regular instant coffee instead of espresso powder and that worked out great for me. Definitely serve this to your guests for the holidays! Thanks hon for sharing! Made and reviewed for PAC 2009 - Fall.

  2. This recipe is super easy and very good. I only used 2 teaspoons of sugar and thought it was just sweet enough. Thank you 4-H Mom, this was such a great way to start Fall!

  3. Just like a hot pumpkin pie! Rich and flavorful. Another great use for that leftover pumpkin you might have!

  4. Oh, yum! This was such a delicious way to start the day. I found a lot of sediment at the bottom of my cup, and I didn't want any of those wonderful flavors go to waste. So I used a cinnamon stick to stir the latte occasionally as I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful latte. It was like drinking a delicious cup of my mom's famous Pumpkin Pie. Thanks for posting it, 4-H Mom.

Hi! My name is Terri. I have been happily married for 28 years to Jim. We have 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. I have a grandaughter, Delilah. She is 18 months old. We live in a rural area. We are animal lovers. We have 8 dogs, 6 cats, 2 rabbits and we have lots of ducks and geese. I love to cook and love to try new recipes. My favorite cookbook is an old Betty Crocker Cookbook that I have had before I was married. I like to sew, crochet and to do crafts. I am a 4-H Club Leader and I have a great group of kids this year. They keep me very busy and I wouldn't have it any other way. We do 3 fairs in the area. I also like to go to auctions, yard sales and I am always buying items from the kids that they are selling to raise money for school, church or a youth group. imghttp://i262.photobucket.com/albums/ii116/luecke/i-recommend-participant.jpg
