  • Melt butter in a frying pan.
  • Saute cauliflower and peas until cauliflower is tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
  • Add julienned red pepper and saute until hot.

  1. I love veggie dishes and this was no exception! I sub broccoli for the peas and added some slivered onion to the mix but otherwise followed the instructions. Definately a keeper and one to make again and again...it is soooo easy. Thank you for submitting. Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011.
