  1. Have made this tasty treat twice meaning to take a photo but being in P.J.%u2019s with this sweet treat in hand just somehow prevented me from being able to get a photo (red face). Thanks for the post.

  2. I can understand why this has so many outstanding reviews. I loved that all but heating the milk it could be mixed in the cup. It was made with unsweetened almond milk and the whipped cream was omitted. Still yummy and delicious.

  3. This is a wonderful cocoa, one of the best I ever had! Made it with rice milk and almond butter (instead of cream) in my thermomix, so the ginger got blended in nicely, and the cocoa was extremely creamy and smooth. Thanks so much for posting this!! Made for Comfort Cafe Snowqueen's Round 2010.

  4. Mmmmmm - delicious! I took another reviewer's suggestion and added the candied ginger to the milk as it was warming to bring out more of the ginger flavor. Really loved this rich and comforting cocoa - thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for the Comfort Cafe Event, January 2010

  5. Being a Lover of Ginger this hit the SPOT! I used a heaping teaspoon of Recipe #102933 finely minced (which swell when added to the liquid). Adding it to the milk as it warmed to infuse more flavor from the ginger. Also used the sugar from the recipe Recipe #102933 in place of the brown sugar. Topped with a sprinkle of the same sugar. Serve with a spoon to get all the yummy bits of ginger from the bottom of the mug! Warming for sure! A delight definitely! Satisfying Oh Yeah! Made for Comfort cafe http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=288536&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=915 Thanks.
