Corn Casserole

"I haven't tried this, but noticed it on the back of my egg carton and thought I would save it."

Ingredients:: 7
Serves:: 4-6

ingredients

15 ounces cream-style corn
4 ounces green chili peppers
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon sugar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
¹⁄₈ teaspoon oregano

directions

preheat oven to 350.
combine all ingredients.
pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
bake for 30 minutes.
Note a 1 1/2 quart dish equals an 8x8 or 7x11.

I love to cook and have been expanding my knowledge here for over a year. My fiancee moved in with me around the time I started frequenting this site because I had to make the same things taste different so we will not get bored.
