- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
directions
- ½ CUP SUGAR.
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch.
- ½ cup water.
- 2 cups blueberries.
- ½ tsp fresh lemon juice.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Add water and blueberries. Heat on medium heat, stirring continuously until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Serve over the blueberry and sausage bread.

My ultimate cake right now is the german chocolate carob cake. My goal in life was to find the perfect sticky toffee pudding recipe. I have now found it in Carol's Sticky Toffee Pudding. This is the most amazing dessert (next to my carob cake) I've ever tasted.
