Steak Marinade
"Got this marinade recipe from my mom. It's really easy and tastes great. Recommend marinating for at least an hour before cooking--we like to use this marinade when we grill during the summer."

- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
directions
- Mix ingredents well. Put steak in shallow dish and pour marinade over, coating thoroughly. Marinate meat in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Grill/cook as desired.

Our steaks were in the marinade for at least 2 hours. They turned out so tasty. We cooked them in a skillet since there was too much snow on the bbq. Thanks Yummy :) Made for Bargain Basement tag game -
Husband says this is the best steak marinade he has ever had. Life got in the way last time we were using it and the steak ended up marinating for 3 days... OMG, it gets even better with time.
