Chicken Fricassee

"This is another south louisiana favorite. I grew up eating this, it is delicious, everyone i cook it for always ask me to cook it for them again. it is an original recipe no can stuff added to it, it is from scratch. I suggest you to brown chicken and set aside to cool so that the bones can be removed. Also use a large cast iron dutch oven if possible. You can also use leg quarters if you would like in this recipe."

I was born and raised in Louisiana, moved to another state for a few years and had to come home. Like Dorthy said theres no place like home.I am a grandmother of five and a half, theres one baking in the oven right now. (^^) And a mother of four from 33 to 23. I love all my babies and my husband too! I love to come up with recipes myself at home, usually they come out pretty good. I love doing crafts, I make hair bows to sell, I like to watch all the home improvement shows, and decorating also, I love to go to garage sales.
