Blue Cheese Dressing

"From Taste of Home. A good, quick and easy blue cheese dressing."

• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

directions

1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Stir in the blue cheese.
2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Store in the refrigerator.
3. Yield: 2 cups.

This is thick and creamy dressing. The family is divided on the rating. My DH loves it. My DS doesn't like it because of the vinegar. I am giving it 4 stars. I cut the vinegar in 1/2 but in my DS opinion there is too much vinegar. Made for Market Tag 2008.
