Made for Think Pink Tag Event 2010. These turned out well but I did need to add a bit of half & half to the chocolate because it was seizing a bit and that addition kept the chocolate smooth. I used pretzel thins and dipped the fronts of them in the chocolate and then the pink sugar - they turned out so cute!! I had enough chocolate leftover and dipped a quart of strawberries in the dip too which is a bonus! It was a lot of fun and very simple to do and I appreciate that!

These little babies were so much fun! My 4 year old and I made them yesterday afternoon for a fun after preschool treat. Everyone loves the flavor - I mean, how can you go wrong with chocolate and pretzels?! I couldn't buy just plain pink decorator sugar though. Apparently, the new thing is flavored sprinkles and that meant the closest I could get to just pink was (gulp!) green & pink watermelon flavor! I thought they tasted horrible & even considered picking out the little green sprinkles with tweezers, but my family thought that was an insane idea. And besides, they really enjoyed the flavor of them. :) Thanks for posting, KaraRN! Made & enjoyed for Think Pink Tag game, October 2010.
