• Yields: 24 muffins
• Serves: 24

ingredients

• 2 cups pumpkin
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 3⁄4 cup oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup white flour
• 1 cup natural bran
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 cup raisins

directions

1. Mix ingredients in the order they are given and and fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
2. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
