  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Form the dough into whatever shape you want. I find that keeping a bowl of flour handy helps in keeping it less sticky. You can cut it with cookie cutters, make your own shapes.
  • Put your shapes in the microwave on a microwave safe plate for 30 seconds and then do so until the dough is hard.
  • Paint it! I used food color and water, and some old nail polish to make the bloody effects and I used again some old nail polish for the nails.
  • I sprayed some first for some mummy and frankenfingers and then the food dye did the rest for that fleshy affect.
  • The glossy ones I put in my paraffin wax hand and foot soaker just to see what it would look like. They came out well!

  1. This worked out well. A quick, simple craft that hardened up nicely. I replaced a portion of the flour with ground cloves and the house smelled great too! I used a cookie cutter to make ghosts and pumpkins. Pretty good for 75 calories - LOL!

I love to cook!! It eases me and helps me relax. I am always a healthy eater and I can turn any recipe into a low fat version! I have managed to get it down to a science! some however end up on the "cutting room floor" Great healthy foods without loss of flavor....that is always my goal!! All of my recipes are usually measured to taste. Im not big on measuring anything in a spoon or cup. I just eyeball it! My motto is "go easy...you can ALWAYS add more.." I like to experiment with all kinds of recipes. I only use cookbooks to get and idea of what I want. I always end up adding more spices and ingredients!! I am a self proclaimed chef... I have literally been cooking since I was 6. My ma made sure of it!! I am always eager to learn new techniques in lowfat cooking. EMAIL THEM TO ME IF YA HAVE ANY!! I would also like to share some recipes that I have been working on that I am not sure to put on the site just yet cuz im looking for that one lil thing to make it perfect, any opportunity for an idea would be helpful.
