Zippo! I made this using 1 cup of white wine vinegar and the full amount of pepper ( maybe a bit extra as I just poured the pepper into my hand to measure). I used fresh organic Szechuan peppercorns and it marinated for 5 days. I used it this morning in Recipe #259438. Update: Since first reviewing this on July 16 2011 I haven't been without this in my kitchen. I make one cup at a time, use 1/4-1/3 more pepper than ask for and just leave the pepper in the jar because it just keeps getting better. It's been great in everything from potato salads to Two Vinegar Carrots and a number of other things.
