  1. This was really tasty. I reduced the ingredients down just to make 2 servings, and it still turned out perfectly. I did, however add some extra peppermint patties :]. Thanks for the recipe, now that I have a whole bag of peppermint patties, I have an excuse to make this a lot more times. Made for Beverage Tag.

  2. This is a great treat! Tasty and easy too! I would prpbably add more peppermint patties next time. I used 3 mini's for each drink. I had fun photographing this one! Thanks for posting.

  3. Very good chilled mocha mint coffee!! I love mint so I used two peppermint patties, not mini's, instead of one. Dont care for espresso so made my regular coffee extra strong. Filled the bottom half of my glass with ice and poured milk mixture in. Topped with whipped topping and a peppermint patty on the side. Nyteglori another winning recipe for us!

  4. wow is this a treat for peppermint lovers, I made this as a trail run for the holidays, this is absolutely wonderful, I did top it with whipped cream, and I think a few more patties wouldn't hurt lol! thanks for sharing Nyteglori, I will be making this again!...Kitten:)

  5. It is currently winter here in Australia so I hope you don't mind I made this as a hot drink instead. I cut it down to serve one & used 2 after dinner mints in lieu of the peppermint patties. A really nice blend of flavours. Thanks for posting!

  1. I didn't have any espresso for this so I used double strength brewed coffee and it was great, reminded me of iced peppermint mochas from starbucks

Married mother of twins. I very seldom ever use recipes as they are written, always modifying and adjusting them. Many times I will take three or four different recipes and come up with a new recipe based on those. <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e347/Saturn6666/KiwiDutch/3chefstag1.jpg">
