Well it got an immediate 5 when the DM declared she really didn't feel like eating and I insisted she had a taste (to get a rating) and well she polished of at least one of the lamb loin chops and the DS and I thoroughly enjoyed ours. Just one wee oops forgot the add the sesame seeds when I served and I had toasted them to boot. Thank you Tisme, made for Nake My Recipe - Summer Edition Aussie Forum. UPDATE - made again but the DH cooked on the flipside indoor grill and used the flat siee but once into the cooking started thought it would have been bettter to use the ridged grill side so they came out a bit burnt looking on the outside but they where not on the inside and ranged from pink to well done which made every one happy and gave each what they liked.

We prepared this absolutely deliciouis recipe with lamb. It was not lean part, as this was sold out.
Finally we decided to buy was available.
As I found the recipe I decided to try it! I marinated the meat with the ingredients listed the day before and BBQ only the next day.
We prepared the fire with wood, cooked the meat first slowly on the grilling pan and finally directly on the grid.
The fat had time to drop out slowly in the pan without producing flames!
The result was great, the meat tender, juicy and super tasty.
We enjoyed it with squash salad and bread.
Thanks a lot for this great recipe. It's a real keeper!
