Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

- Wrap bacon around 1-3 asparagus spears until you have wrapped all the spears and bacon.
- Bake at 350 until bacon is crisp, turn occasionally.
- OR.
- Place on high grill rack until bacon is crisp (**warning this tends to attract the neighbors!).

Taste wise these were very good, but I think I should have used fatter asparagus as the vegetables got a little dried out before the bacon had become crispy. The amazing thing about this recipe is my DH took three helpings and he doesn't like asparagus.

I live in the green, green hills of western Massachusetts with my sweet girl and nutty husband and that makes me smile alot.
