I read ALL the reviews before making this. I used 8 ounces of whole wheat pasta shells and ground turkey instead of ground beef. I added 15 ounces of diced tomatoes and a small can of mushrooms. I also added a splash of milk. It came out very creamy and delicious I would make this again. Thanks for a great recipe, Heather!

I really had my doubts but had to try it after reading all the reviews. I used 8oz of pasta/low fat cream of mushroom, 2 C's lowfat chedder. I think I might try green beans instead of spinach next time. My test was asking my husband if he would eat it again...and he said yes. We both kept going back for more.
