- 2 quarts apple cider
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice
- ginger ale (to taste)
directions
- Combine juices and, when ready to serve, add ice and ginger ale.

I made this wonderful drink for a tailgate party. Very easy to make! I did have 2 possible additions for the attendees to choose from, Vodka or Rum. I made a double batch and came home empty. Everyone LOVED this drink. This was so very good, the little ones and DD's enjoyed the "no additions" version as much as the indulger's liked their mixed edition. We will be using this as a hot beverage for our annual Halloween party. Julie B's-Thanks so much for a versatile recipe! -
I wasn't sure how this was going to be with orange juice - but it is quite tasty. I taste the orange juice more than the cider. And I was worried it would be too sweet with no water, but not too sweet at all! I might go with a smaller can of the frozen OJ next time to let more of the cider flavor come through. ZWT 2007 -
I chose this recipe for Spring PAC 2007. We really enjoyed this, it was different and refreshing. Thanks for sharing Julie!
