  1. Great summer dish. I just quartered the onion for the marinade, and grilled it with the meat. Yum! Thank you.

  2. I've been trying different chicken recipes that I can do on the bbq for camping. I liked this. The chicken was nice and tender and had quite good flavour. It was easy to prepare the day before and simply stick it on the gril. Liked it very much.

  3. My whole family LOVED this! I made it without the onions (I love them, but the kids aren't fans) and marinated it in a plastic bag in the fridge for about 5 hours. Can't wait to make again & let marinate longer! Thanks for sharing.

  4. I blended everything in the blender, used 4 garlic cloves and left out the Oregano. Only got to marinate the chicken for about 8 hours but boy was that GOOD and very pretty to look at. Will definitely be making this often, thanks for sharing.
