Decadent White Hot Chocolate

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 1 cup half-and-half
• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
• 1⁄2 cup vanilla baking chips
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract

directions

1. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium hit, stirring constantly with whisk, until vanilla chips melt and heated to your liking. Be careful not to scorch the milk!
2. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon (optional).
