Creamy Dilled Potatoes

- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup onion, grated
- 3 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 cup water
- garlic salt
directions
- Place potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Mix rest of ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour over the potatoes.
- Bake at 350* for 45-50 mins or until potatoes are tender.

Very good potatoes that went perfect with <a href="/133080">Grilled Salmon With Dilled Mustard Glaze</a> - together they tasted a bit like a Scandavian supper - very good! However I made a few changes to the recipe by cutting the recipe in half and adding a few carrots. I also used dill seed instead of dried dill (out of) and forgot the garlic salt. Thanks for sharing!
