  • Ina a 1 quart salad bowl, combine lemon juice mashed garlic cloves, crushed red pepper, black pepper and salt.
  • Place in small ramekin dishes and serve with.

  1. WOW!! If you like heat, and I DO, this is for you!! I didn't use it as a meat marinade though as I didn't have any in the house. I would love to try it with all meats. Here is what I did use it for though,,,,,,,,,,I added 2T. to 4T. olive oil and 2T. mandarin orange juice from a can of oranges and added it with the remaining oranges to a dark green and red onion salad. Mmmm mmmm good! I also added 3T. to a pot of lentil soup I was making in the last 30 minutes of cooking time. I think this can be a multi tasking ingredient in a whole host of dishes and/or served on the side with a tiny spoon; be creative! Wonderful Katie and thank you so much for sharing!
     
  2. This was very good but for us I only used about half of the red pepper flakes. DH grilled chicken breast, had crusty bread to eat with the chicken and dip in the spice blend. Thank you Katie!
