Homemade Garlic Sausage

"A French sausage I found in Better Than Store Bought. You can add 1 teaspoon of Recipe #150672 if you want."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 2 lbs

ingredients

• 4 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 lbs ground pork
• 1⁄3 cup wine

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill overnight.
3. Stuff into casings tying off at 5 inches.
4. Hang for 1 to 2 days in cool place (45°F).
