Wonderful coleslaw that is very close to KFC's. I have tried other copycat recipes but the ingredients never listed tarragon vinegar and I think that is what makes a difference in the flavor. Minced the onion finely and used skim milk instead of cream. Let this sit overnight in the refrigerator and it was very good the next day. The only bad thing is that it does not keep well for more than a couple days. Thank you Bethany Taylor for another wonderful recipe. Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef Spring 2009.

I made this for my DBF and he said it was really good. He also said that it does taste very similar to KFC's coleslaw with the exception that KFC's coleslaw is a little runnier. I will definitely be making this again for him but I think next time I will add a tad bit more milk/cream. Thanks for a keeper!
