Black Coffee Hair Shine

• Ready In: 5mins
• Ingredients: 2
• Yields: 1 coffee treatment for shiny hair

ingredients

• 1 cup black coffee
• water, as required

directions

1. Shampoo your hair and then lightly condition it.
2. Pour black coffee over it.
3. Work into hair from scalp to ends.
4. Follow quickly by rinsing it under cool water.
5. Pat dry gently.

I,too,have dark brown hair. I wasn't sure it would help,but it did make my hair shinier and clean-looking. I also have "stubborn" gray hair which it seems to have toned-down. Thanks so much! Made for Comfort C afe-Snow Queens Round-Jan,'10.

I have dark brown hair and they didn't shine more than usual with this. And the few grey hair I have were the same as usual. I didn't like the texture of my hair. They felt not as soft as usual after my conditionner. Thanks for posting. Made for I Recommend tag game

I have dark brown hair with silver gray becoming more noticeable... I loved the simplicity of this treatment, and it did appear that my gray was less noticeable, so I can postpone coloring my hair for now. The coffee helped the conditioner to rinse out thoroughly, but with my short hair, I'm not sure I can see more shine after I applied mousse. Made for January 2009 Comfort Cafe.
