Blackberry Cobbler (Quick and Easy)

"I have a sweet tooth and memories of picking wild blackberries in the summer so mom could make this. Don't forget the vanilla ice cream on top of the warm cobbler! And ANYONE can do this recipe! It is so simple and if you have the berries and stuff on hand it’s a great last minute drop in dinner quest dessert!"

  • Mix butter, flour, sugar and milk with beaters.
  • Place in bottom of a 9x9 pan; top with berries.
  • Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

  2. Quick and Easy is right and should have also Delicious!!DH couln't get enough of it, didn't have any icecream but did have whipped cream, oh my was it good! We still pick blackberries to freeze so we can have these wonderful desserts all winter, this was one that bought back lovely childhood memories, thanks for sharing!!
